- Savoury crackers200 g
- Block cheese200 g
- Cherry tomatoes200 g
- Cucumber150 g
- Sultanas80 g
Method
- Cut the cheese into small cubes or short batons — anything a child can eat without a knife.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and cut the cucumber into thick coins.
- Pack the crackers in their own corner of the box so the tomato does not soften them.
- Add a small handful of sultanas as the sweet part instead of a second biscuit.
- Assemble it the night before, but keep the crackers separate until morning if the box is not divided.
